Steve James

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen James recently retired as a Lieutenant from the Long Beach Police Department after 25 years of service. During Steve’s career he served as a patrol officer, academy instructor, field training officer, plain clothes officer, and motorcycle officer. For the last 17 years of his career, he served as the elected President of the Long Beach Police Officers Association (LBPOA). During his tenure, Steve taught numerous classes on labor related topics throughout the country, and is nationally recognized as an expert in the field of law enforcement labor. Steve was elected and or appointed to numerous high-profile positions including: President of the Southern California Alliance of Law Enforcement Associations, President of the California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations, California National Trustee for the National Fraternal Order of Police, and President of the National Fraternal Order of Police Legal Defense Fund. After an unprecedented 17 years in the law enforcement labor world, Steve’s knowledge of and connections within the industry are second to none.

Some of Steve’s other notable accomplishments include: a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco; licensed real estate broker; 4 meritorious awards from the Long Beach Police Department and two Silver Stars for Bravery from the American Police Hall of Fame; graduate of numerous Harvard “Big 50” police union symposiums; and married father of two adult daughters and two teenage sons.

Lynn is our VP of business development and our board member based out of Los Angeles region. Mr. Jervik has a degree in accounting and over 25 year’s experience in designing and implementing high-tech solutions for electronic banking and various other transaction based computer systems. Mr. Jervik has a broad knowledge of software design, programming, engineering and related disciplines.

Lynn Jervik

Lynn is our VP of business development and our board member based out of Los Angeles region. Mr. Jervik has a degree in accounting and over 25 year’s experience in designing and implementing high-tech solutions for electronic banking and various other transaction based computer systems. Mr. Jervik has a broad knowledge of software design, programming, engineering and related disciplines.

Mr. Jervik has implemented and managed various software development, project management and quality assurance groups. His experience includes various technical functions for companies such as First Interstate Bank, TRW, Experian, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Mellon Bank, ANZ bank, Wespac, US Bancorp, Lloyds Bank, Bank of New York, Banco Popular Canada, Downey Savings, Fuelman, Arco, California Lottery, Kubota, JC Penny, Zales, Damlier (Mercedes Benz), Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Florida Services, Bank of the West, Applied Communications, Hewlett Packard and Boeing.

Sanjeev Thukral

Chief Technical Officer | Chairman of the Board

Sanjeev is the Founding Chairman of the board at PPS. Sanjeev is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA with 25 years experience in Software solutions. A certified Data Scientist, Sanjeev providers guidance on our initiatives around Criminal Finder, HARbot, Cyberpol and other AI solutions. Sanjeev has worked on a variety of business problems around the world for companies such as Indian Police, Sony, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Barclays, Societe Generale, UBS, Telenor, British Telecom, BBC, Experian, TESCO, Boots, Clothestime, Kuehne & Nagel, Emery Worldwide, Nationale Nederlanden among others. More recently, Sanjeev has lead business development, sales and solutioning activities in India and Europe for Steria and Northgate Public Services.
